In 1979 he graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering SVŠT in Bratislava. In the years 1990-1992 he studied at the HSG in St. St. Gallen, Switzerland. In 1979 he joined Harmanecké papierny, where he gradually worked in the field of tech. development, in the years 1986-1989 he was the leader of the project "Modernization of hygienic paper production". In 1990, he became production deputy and, since February 28th 1990, company director. Since 1.1.1991 he has been acting as General Director. He is the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the joint-stock company and a member of the Board of Directors of the Slovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is married and has two children.

In 1992 he graduated from the Faculty of Chemical Technology, STU in Bratislava - Department of Chemistry, Wood Technology, Fiber Materials and Composites. After graduating from university in 1992, he joined the North Slovak pulp and paper mills in Ružomberok, where he worked in various positions that required organizational, technical, theoretical and practical knowledge. He gradually worked as an assistant in the field of research and development, start-up technician of new technology at the pulp mill, director of Regeneration and since 2010 he has held the position of director for pulp production at Mondi SCP, a.s. He is married and has three children.

From 1983 to 1987 he studied at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, Faculty of Chemical Technology.
After graduating from university, he joined our company (then Chemicelulóza, š.p.), where he works until today. In 1987, he was appointed a foreman in the pulp industry and subsequently worked as the head of the pulp plant. Since 1994, he has worked as the head of tissue paper production and waste paper processing. Since May 1, 2003, he has been working as the production and technical director.
Based on his professional work experience from June 1, 2008 to August 31, 2009, he worked as a production and technical director at Metsa Tissue Poland - Krapkowice. Since July 1, 2010, he has been the production and technical director for MT Poland and Žilina.
He is married and has 3 children.

He completed his university studies in 1965 at the SVŠT - Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Production and Distribution of Electricity. Until 1970 he worked as an energy engineer in n.p. TATRA Kopživnice, plant Bánovce nad Bebravou. In the years 1971-1974 he worked as the head of PSV Agrostav Topoľčany, Rybany center. From 1975 he worked at the General Directorate of Slovcep, in the technical and later in the production department as a specialist clerk, head of department and head of department. After the liquidation of the General Directorate, he worked in the Association of Pulp and Paper Industry in Banská Bystrica as the head of the training department. From 1992 to 31.12.1996 he was a private entrepreneur.

In 1976 he graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Bratislava. After graduating, he joined the position of designer-structural engineer. The responsible designer and chief designer gradually took over the functions. In 1990, after the bankruptcy, he obtained the position of director of the company. Celprojekt. Transformiou š.p. for a joint stock company was appointed CEO.
Present - since 2000 he is the owner and manager of the Engineering Office Celprojekting, s.r.o., which performs design and engineering activities, mainly relojes de imitacion in the field of customs and energy
He is a member of various commissions at the Ružomberok City Council. He is married and has three children.

After graduating from high school, he joined HF VŠT Košice, which he successfully completed in 1979 with a state final exam. After graduating from university in 1979, he started working as a graduate in the department of chief mechanic. After the end of ZVS in the years 1979 - 1980, he returned to BUKÓZA Vranov to the HM section. In 1981, he moved to work in the pulp mill, maintenance department, as an independent maintenance technologist. From 1983 to 1994, he held the position of chief mechanic at this plant. Since December 1994, he has been the director of DCHV and then from 1.05. 1997 BUKOCELU, a.s. From 17.09. In 2007 he was a member of the Board of Directors of all joint-stock companies BUKÓZA Holding. He is married and has three children.

In 1987 he graduated from the Faculty of Chemical Technology, STU in Bratislava. After graduating, he joined VÚPC Bratislava. From 1993 to 1995 he worked on various domestic and foreign projects as a project manager. In 1995, he became the head of the Automation and Chemical Engineering Department of the VÚCC. In 1997, he completed his doctoral studies at CHTF STU, defended his dissertation and obtained a doctorate in philosophy - PhD. At the beginning of 1997, he was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors and appointed to the position of General Director of VÚPC a.s. Bratislava. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Center for the Development of the Wood, Furniture and Pulp and Paper Industry of the Slovak Republic, Vice-President of the Pulp and Paper Industry Association and a member of the Supervisory Board of the Association of the Pulp and Paper Industry of the Slovak Republic. He is a member of the Board of Directors of CEPI (Confederation of European Paper Industries). He is a member of the CEPI-ADG. He is married and has two children.
